Harvard University is devoted to excellence in teaching, learning,
and research, and to developing leaders in many disciplines who make a
difference globally. Here I have the best
chance to be a lecturer at Harvard university who teach literature. It means that I am
Indonesian literature lecturer at Harvard university. It is the great moment
that I have because it is my dream when I was junior high school,
and now it becomes true. Because of it, I remember the way I am
become lecturer at Harvard university is not too easy. I must face
long process to make it real and I never think that the
process will kill me slowly cause so much thing that I must do
but just the way I am try to be objective feeling. I means that I
always positive thinking and enjoy my process. Those reasons that
very support me to maintain my willingness to keep my dream and make it real. Back
to the truth as a lecturer I have a lots of duty. It is very important to me to
give best material to my student. Make them happy and enjoy in my class and
also make them understand more with my explanation. Beside it, many fact that I
got since I was being lecturer at Harvard university. There are : I
am the only one literature lecturer at Harvard university that is the first
point. And the second point is I have many thing since I was in Harvard
university.
Harvard university is new story in my
life. I am happy to stands here being the only one literature
lecturer at Harvard university. It is fabulous ! I stand in front of the
class as a professional lecturer who give an interesting material about
literature to the great student from other country. Actually, it
makes me proud of myself because I am the lucky one who have best chance to
teach the cleverest student from all of country in the world. At once with them
is the good moment. My student have high responsibility in my class, they show
it by focus in material that I give to them. They are very enthusiasm and want
to understanding more. They are very good students. They have good motivation
to come in my class and never lateness. Besides, I have an interesting story
when I came to literature class at the first time, all of my
students calm down and look like very serious. So that way, at the moment I
tried to say hello using Indonesia “ Selamat pagi “. Behind it I never knew
that there is an Indonesian student who also took my class and she replied “
Selamat pagi juga “ I was very surprised about it and also I proud
of him so much because she is one of a good example for others Indonesian
student who have willingness to continue their study. And also, the
most condition that made me more felt something interesting was all of my
student said “ Selamat pagi juga” followed Indonesian student at the
time. And when I tried to closer with them surely that they were very
interesting with Indonesia and both of them request on me to give material
about literature in Indonesia. I really pleasure hear it. It is my story that I
cannot forget it. So that way I have an interest project that they must do at
the end in this semester. And the project is read a poem with the combination
by seruling. When I announce to them, they are very pleasure. At the moment
when I see my student are very happy about it I feel that I am success to be a
good lecturer.
Be a good lecturer is my promise. So that
way I do my duty very well and never be arrogant. Just keep it as well as I
can. And also many positive thing that I have . The first one I
could make my parent happy and also proud of me. Not over just make them happy,
I also give them a special thing that make them understand that I love my
parent so much. And the second thing are I have many more that I want , such as
: I could buy new car, built house and have investment in Apartment and also I could
make my dreams comes true again is I have literature’s library.It is the
fabulous moment in my life that I never think that it is became my own because
my background is 360% different with my life now. It because I always struggle
my best and now I could enjoy my struggle. Besides I always thank to God about
my condition now where I am feeling lucky than other. Thank for Mum and Dad and
also My boy friend that always give me best support when I am down . They
always support me and give me good advice.
I could conclude that Teach in
Harvard University is greatest moment in my life . I always try to present my
best and also give the extra time to share my knowledge to my student. It is
the best feeling in my life. I means that the way I am to be better
person like now is not to easy to get it. But now I have something special that
is true and makes me proud of myself. I am happy to get it. It is a real my
whole world and I love it.
