2. Type a script below

  Set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")

  speech.Speak speaks

3. Save it in folder
C:/users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Windows/Start Menu/Progams/Start-up

4. Then save it with *.vbs extention

5. Restart your PC, and feel the sensation 
